I’m Jennifer Coffey, a nationally-broadcast television host, writer, keynote speaker, certified wellness coach, manifestation coach and yoga instructor. When I’m not helping other people reach their highest aspirations and live their best lives, I’m travelling the world finding inspiration in exotic and unexpected places. I describe myself as a “life addict:” I can’t get enough of new experiences, meeting new people, tasting new foods, and getting every last drop of joy I can out of every moment I’m blessed to have.
Now, I want to share that passion with you and take you with me all over the world! Let’s visit new places, discover what our true passions are, take a million pictures, meditate, set goals and reach them again and again. And have an amazing time doing it! Travel with me whether you’re traveling alone or with a companion, fit or aspiring to be, a seasoned jetsetter or a first-time traveler. We’ll set off together and come back with a million stories to tell.
My only warning is that once you start seeing the whole world you’ll be addicted like me…and that isn’t such a bad thing, is it?

Day 1 Welcome to Reykjavik!
Hallo, and welcome to Reykjavik, Iceland’s cozy capital just south of the Arctic Circle, where winter days are brief and summer nights never end. This small-but-mighty city is a dreamy mix of nature and culture: think volcanic peaks, blue ocean waves, and an arts scene that’s buzzing day and night.
Tonight, we’ll meet at 6 pm for a welcome meeting, but if you arrive early, dive right into Icelandic life! Next, witness the geyser Strokkur blow boiling water 30 meters high, then gasp at the roaring Gullfoss waterfall, spilling down in icy sheets. After all this awe-inspiring nature, relax at a guesthouse in Hvolsvollur, where you can grab ingredients for a cozy, home-cooked dinner.

Skogafoss, meanwhile, roars down a 60-meter drop, and for the brave, there’s a climb up to a stunning view at the top!
Then, stroll along Reynisfjara Beach, famous for its black sands and wild rock formations. Wrap up with a visit to Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, where floating icebergs gleam like diamonds against the black sands of Diamond Beach. Feeling bold? Book a glacier walk for a truly epic experience.
