“If you’re planning to visit Barcelona make sure to save extra time to visit Costa Brava only 1-2hrs away by car.

You’ll find beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters, medieval towns, white walled cobblestone alleys, impressive viewpoints and more!

You can take public transportation from Barcelona to get to the towns but I suggest you to go by car as there are so many to visit that you’ll keep on finding new hidden gems as you drive along the coast!

Some of the places I have been and my favorite featured here are:

Calella de Palafrugell
Blanes lookout and Marimurtra botanical garden
