I’m Meredith, a full-time working Maine mom, wife, truth-teller, cat lady, and community builder. I share the real stuff: parenting wins (and fails), mental health moments, my self love journey, and everyday bits of joy, all with humor, heart, and just the right amount of sass.

I am so thankful for the community of like minded women I’ve found thought world travel. I have traveled to Italy, Spain, Croatia, Greece, Costa Rica, and Morocco with an incredible crew of solo female travelers. Women who believe adventure is better when it’s shared.
