Welcome to Exploring Elsewhere! I’m Natasha, an outdoor adventure traveler based in NYC who has too few vacation days and is constantly strategizing how to use them to explore the world. From studying abroad in Budapest in 2016 to solo traveling Southeast Asia for two months in 2018 to annual month-long Euro trips in the 2020s, I’m eager to explore the world in whatever capacity I can – and that also means exploring it with you. My passion is two-fold: outdoor adventure mixed with cultural exploration, allowing me to experience the beauty of our natural world and deepen my understanding of and connection with people across it. There’s almost nothing off the table for me when it comes to travel and if you feel the same I can’t wait to see you in Sri Lanka!
