Riv has traveled to 20 countries in the past 3 years, and 2026 marks her second year hosting international group trips. After bouncing between continents, the moments that stuck with her the most weren’t the destinations – it was the people. The friendships she made while traveling genuinely changed her life, and many of them are now some of her closest relationships.

She hosts these retreats because she wants other women to experience that same connection, community, and joy… and also because travelling is a vacation every woman in their 20s deserves. 

Her trips are intentionally small, safe, and personal. Riv wants every woman to leave with a close bond and someone they can call a new friend from across the world. She works only with trusted partners, and she keeps everything informal so the week feels like joining a friend’s adventure.

Her #1 priority is for guests to have fun, feel safe, and connect with other women – all while exploring a new country. Every trip is planned with the help of the best travel teams available along with the help of locals all to keep the costs as LOW as possible for you.
