My Name is Samuel Bassett (opticalwander) for me photography / content creation isn’t just a job, it’s community. Community for me is about connecting with other likeminded creatives to learn and teach from others.

I started Opticalwander with the aim of simply giving a voice to smaller creators or at the very least an environment where they could communicate / socialise / network. Throughout the years I’ve held countless meetups around the world. Helping thousands of small creators have a safe space to create and network.
