Starting is easy – just click the “Launch Your Club” button and follow the prompts. The setup takes around 10 minutes, and you’ll be guided through each step.
More options for this are coming soon, for now though, you will be able add your own photos and Travel Club name so people know it’s your club. In future, we plan to offer fully customisable options.
Your members pay a $49USD annual subscription fee, of which you receive 75% of the subscription fees from people who join your club. Best In Travel retains the other 25% to cover tech, transaction costs, admin and customer service.
After publishing your page we’ll send you a link to add your bank details. Payment of profits will be paid monthly in arrears.

For now there are limited changes you can make to your page, however we plan on expanding this functionality significantly.
Absolutely not, anyone can start a club.
After you’ve launched your club we will share a marketing planner and content kit to get you on your way. We are of course available should you require any additional support in making your club a success.
We’ll share with you a weekly report detailing your membership and profits. In the near future you’ll have access to a dedicated portal to view this information in real time. With that said, you’re dealing with real people in our office, so you can reach out any time you want and we can provide an update.

Yes, it is important to adhere to certain policies of our affiliate channels, we’ve detailed this in the content kit you’ll receive upon launching your club.
They’ll still get the best deal through your Travel Club. Here’s how it works – while we are the cheapest option on approximately 90% of searches, sometimes other platforms will have direct arrangements that we cannot match. Which is why we provide an affiliate link to the major sites and offer a rebate (approx. 4-8%) as reward on bookings made with our affiliate channels, this means they get the best deal every time.
Your bookings will come through with a unique identifier that we will attribute to your club.
