Hi, I’m Hana and I’m a fitness instructor and meditation teacher in Los Angeles. For years, I’ve helped people connect with their bodies and minds through exercise and meditation, but one of my biggest passions is traveling and creating meaningful experiences in incredible places.
I’ve always believed that the best trips combine adventure, culture, and moments to slow down and reset. That’s why I started hosting group trips – bringing people together to explore new destinations in a way that’s both exciting and grounding. Whether it’s hiking to watch the sunrise or finding stillness in meditation by the ocean, I love curating experiences that leave people feeling inspired and recharged.

Itinerary
Day 1 Welcome to Ubud
Welcome to Bali!
We will meet in the afternoon at our accommodation in Ubud. Check in, and meet your fellow travelers at a welcome meeting in the evening. Join your group for dinner to kick-start your adventure.

Day 2 Exploring Ubud & Spiritual Rituals
Begin the day with a guided walking tour through Ubud’s rice fields and villages. Visit a Balinese home for coffee, create a traditional Balinese offering, and take part in a spiritual purification ritual at Gunung Kawi Sebatu Temple.
In the afternoon, soar over stunning rice terraces on the famous Jungle Swing. Feeling adventurous, enjoy an exciting zipline ride.

ARRIVAL:
You will need to make sure your travel plans allow you to arrive at our Ubud accommodation by mid-afternoon on day 1.
