As a former Intensive Care nurse, I know what it’s like to be in a constant state of stress, and I also know what it’s like to not even know that you are operating in fight or flight mode 24/7. I want to give people an opportunity to take a step back, reconnect with themselves, process what’s going on in their mind and body, and come to Bali for a complete reset. I want you to disconnect from the world, from the pressures of life, and reconnect with yourself, your body, your purpose, and your values in life.

Becca Gillen
Becca is a 34-year-old Irish native whose life took an unexpected turn when she found solace and purpose on the tropical island of Bali. For the past five years, Bali has been more than just a home; it’s been a sanctuary for healing, relaxation, and self-discovery.
Becca embarked on a transformative journey after dedicating six years of her life to the demanding role of an Intensive Care Nurse in the bustling city of London. The relentless demands of the profession left her mind and body in a state of complete burnout. Seeking refuge, she chose Bali as his destination for a holiday, hoping to reset and find inner peace.
It took only two nights on the enchanting island for Becca to experience a profound change. The serene atmosphere of Bali allowed her body and mind to relax to such an extent that she realized a long-term commitment was necessary. Bali, renowned for its healing energy, became the ideal place for people to disconnect from the chaos of the world—phones, the internet, work responsibilities—and reconnect with themselves.
Health, fitness, and wellness have always been the driving forces in Becca’s life. Departing from the nursing field was a conscious choice, driven firstly by the need to restore her own physical and mental health. Secondly, it marked the beginning of a pursuit to find a vocation that involved helping others help themselves.
A deep passion for educating individuals on stress management, mind management, and the mind-body connection emerged. Becca crafted a unique approach, blending Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with body-based techniques such as heart rate training, breathwork, and ice baths. This distinctive method aims to guide people in rewiring their brains and nervous systems, offering a comprehensive mind-body solution to stress-related issues.
Becca believes in providing individuals with tools for both cognitive and somatic challenges, addressing stress from a holistic perspective. Her journey from an intensive care nurse in London to a wellness advocate in Bali is a testament to the transformative power of self-discovery and the pursuit of one’s true passions.

Cancellation of a confirmed trip 61+ days before the commencement of your trip, your deposit will be transferrable to another trip. If you cancel a confirmed trip 60 days or less before its commencement then payments will not be refundable.
