Itinerary

Day 1 Bula! Welcome to the Yasawa Islands

Our adventure kicks off with a scenic ferry journey from Denarau, cruising across the sparkling waters of the South Pacific towards our picture-perfect island destination. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the resort’s friendly staff and the peaceful ambiance of this eco-friendly haven, nestled between soft white sands and vibrant coral reefs. The resort is a relaxed escape, featuring rustic yet cozy beachfront bures, open-air dining areas, and hammocks swaying between palm trees—ideal for slipping into island time.

After settling in, your afternoon unfolds with an exciting snorkel adventure in the island’s renowned waters, celebrated as some of Fiji’s finest. You’ll plunge into crystal-clear depths, swimming among tropical fish, vivid coral gardens, and perhaps even gliding alongside graceful manta rays. The underwater scene is alive with color and movement, offering a breathtaking glimpse into Fiji’s lush marine ecosystem.

As evening approaches, return to the resort for a laid-back night. Savor a fresh, locally-inspired dinner while the sun sets, casting a warm, golden light over the island—a perfect close to an unforgettable first day in paradise.

Included Meals: Lunch, Dinner

Day 2 Manta / Reef Snorkel, Coral Planting

On Day 2, you’ll wake up to the calming sounds of the waves and the gentle glow of sunlight dancing on the ocean. After a relaxed breakfast of fresh tropical fruits and local favorites, you’ll dive into the day’s adventure.

Begin with a thrilling snorkel excursion, either in search of the island’s majestic manta rays or exploring the vibrant coral reefs nearby. If the manta rays are around, you’ll have the chance to swim alongside these graceful giants, an awe-inspiring experience you won’t forget. If not, the reef offers its own wonders, teeming with life—tropical fish weaving through coral gardens, brilliant sea anemones, and perhaps a glimpse of a shy sea turtle or two.

In the afternoon, immerse yourself in marine conservation with a visit to the island’s Marine Centre. Here, you’ll discover the crucial work underway to protect the local ecosystem, including coral restoration efforts. Guided by marine biologists, you’ll even take part in coral planting, a hands-on experience that allows you to contribute to preserving the vibrant underwater world. This meaningful activity connects you to the island’s natural beauty and environmental importance in a lasting way.

Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3 Sunrise Hike, Manta / Reef Snorkel

If the weather is favorable, we’ll start the day with an early sunrise hike. At the viewpoint, you’ll be rewarded with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean glimmering below, dotted with islands aglow in the golden morning light. It’s a peaceful and energizing way to begin the day, with the serene quiet of nature surrounding you – nourishing both body and soul. This is also a perfect sunset activity!

After breakfast, we’ll dive into the day’s aquatic adventure. Based on what the group explored the previous day, you’ll either set out to snorkel with graceful manta rays or revisit the vibrant coral reefs for another magical experience.

The afternoon is all yours for unwinding and reflection – whether that means lounging by the beach or relaxing in the resort’s open-air lounge to watch the colors of the setting sun.

Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 4 Our Next Island Paradise

This morning, we’ll board a ferry to our next island paradise. As we cruise, take in the scenic views of the Yasawa Islands scattered across the sparkling blue sea. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the resort’s natural beauty, where pristine beaches, dramatic volcanic formations, and lush greenery are framed by crystal-clear waters.

Much like the last resort, this one blends barefoot luxury with rustic charm. Cozy bures line the shoreline, creating a relaxing atmosphere that invites you to unwind from the moment you arrive.

After a leisurely lunch and some time to settle in, the afternoon holds a new snorkeling adventure. The waters here are famous for their rich marine life and vibrant coral reefs. Expect to encounter colorful tropical fish, intricate coral gardens, and, if we’re lucky, a few sea turtles gliding by.

Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 5 Awakening Shark Dive

Today’s adventure brings the excitement of the Awakening Shark Dive, one of the most thrilling experiences of the trip! After a light breakfast, you’ll prepare for this unforgettable dive, where you’ll come face-to-face with the majestic sharks that inhabit the nearby Yakawe Reef.

This dive is bound to be a trip highlight, and no scuba certification is required to join. Guided by professional dive experts, you’ll have the chance to safely share the water with various shark species at a depth of 10 meters.

After the dive, the afternoon is yours to unwind and reflect on the excitement of the morning. Relax on the pristine beaches, take a refreshing swim in the turquoise waters, or trade stories of your shark encounter with fellow travelers.

Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 6 Shark Snorkel, Island Life

On Day 6, after breakfast, we’ll set out on a short 20-minute boat ride to Moia Reef, where a community of curious and friendly reef sharks awaits. Guided by an experienced dive team, you’ll enjoy a safe and thrilling snorkeling experience, getting an up-close look at these incredible creatures as they glide through their natural habitat.

In the afternoon, we’ll have the flexibility to choose our own adventure based on the day’s conditions – whether that means exploring more of the nearby reefs or immersing ourselves in the local island culture.

Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 7 Fond Farewell

Today, we come to our final day in paradise. We’ll start with a group breakfast, reminiscing over the highlights of our unforgettable week together before catching the ferry back to Denarau.

The resort crew will miss you just as much as you’ll miss this beautiful place. Instead of a formal farewell, they’ll say “sota tale” – “see you later” – because they know you’ll be counting the days until your return to Fiji’s shores.

Once we disembark from the ferry, your transfer will be arranged to take you to your next destination, whether it’s to your hotel or the airport.
