Day 1 Welcome
Our Oregon coast adventure begins at our hotel, with a brief welcome meeting at 6pm. Day 2 Portland Vintage Finds & Vancouver Charm
We are straight into it today with an early start! Enjoy a complimentary hotel breakfast, then head off at 7:00 am to the Rose City Vintage Market in Portland. Laura has organised a special entrance for the group, and then you will all be there ready for your “first pick” access when the market officially opens at 8:00 am.
Our time at this market is a four-hour treasure hunt through mid-century décor, vintage fashion, and rare collectibles. We’ll drop our goodies back at the hotel before free time for lunch near the hotel.
In the afternoon, enjoy a curated thrift shopping tour in Vancouver, with guided transport to Laura’s favorite vintage and hidden gem shops.
🍽️ The evening and dinner is at our leisure. Choose from top local picks like:
- Grays Restaurant & Bar – Pacific Northwest fare inside the Hilton
- DEDIKo – Cozy Georgian cuisine in downtown Vancouver
- Shinsen Sushi – Elegant Japanese dining on the waterfront
- DOSALAS – Lively Latin vibes and tapas by the river

Day 3 Astoria Antiques & Coastal Charms
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before hitting the road for a scenic drive to Astoria – Oregon’s oldest city, nestled where the Columbia River meets the Pacific Ocean. Known for its rich maritime history and charming waterfront, Astoria offers a perfect blend of culture, character, and coastal beauty.
Spend the day strolling through historic downtown, with plenty of time to browse Laura’s favorite antique shops and quirky boutiques. Expect everything from vintage Americana to rare maritime relics and local artisan goods.
After lunch and a bit more exploring, we’ll continue south along the coast to Seaside, where you’ll check in at the Best Western Ocean View Resort – just steps from the beach.
The evening is yours to unwind. Enjoy dinner at your leisure (we’ll share some great local restaurant suggestions), then, if you’re up for it and if conditions allow, join the group for an optional beach fire under the stars – a cozy way to wrap up a full day of discovery and connection.
