This is the Philippines island escape you have been daydreaming about. Designed exclusively for Sapphic women, non-binary, and trans folks and hosted by Sydney Cason, this nine-day journey weaves together the most spectacular corners of Palawan, from the karst-walled lagoons of Coron and El Nido to the off-grid magic of a two-night island expedition and the laid-back charm of Port Barton.
Get ready for a full day exploring Coron’s most majestic crystal lakes and storied shipwrecks, before gliding between the dramatic rock formations of El Nido’s iconic Big and Secret Lagoons. At the soul of the trip is a two-night stay on a remote, off-grid island, part of a community-led sustainable tourism project built in close partnership with the local people. You will sleep in handcrafted nipa huts powered largely by solar energy and support active reef restoration and marine stewardship initiatives. Port Barton rounds out the journey with pristine beaches, more island hopping magic, swimming with sea turtles, and time to breathe in this paradise that has long been Palawan’s best-kept secret.
Expect turquoise water that genuinely defies belief, limestone cliffs straight out of a postcard, and the kind of trip that bonds a group of people for life. With a thoughtful mix of boutique resort stays and authentic, sustainable off-grid living, this is island life at its most immersive, joyful, and free.

Sydney Cason
Hi, I’m Sydney! A 31 year old content creator, storyteller, and proud lesbian traveler. After exploring the world solo, I realized how powerful it is to feel truly seen while adventuring and how rare that can be for queer folks. That’s why I started creating spaces where sapphic women, non-binary, and trans travelers can explore the world together! Spaces where queerness isn’t just welcomed, it’s celebrated as a core part of the journey.
These trips are for both new and experienced travelers. They’re designed to be safe and deeply affirming — a place to explore new countries, share heart-to-hearts, and connect with a community that just gets you. Whether you come solo, as a couple, or with a friend, you’re invited to show up curious and exactly as you are. I can’t wait to travel with you! 🌍💫
Itinerary
Day 1 Coron Arrival and Welcome Dinner
Welcome to Coron, the rugged northern jewel of Palawan where karst cliffs rise straight out of impossibly blue water. Make your own way from the airport to your hotel and ease into the island’s famously unhurried rhythm. Spend the afternoon stretching out by the pool, wandering down to the waterfront, or simply watching the bangka boats drift home as the sun dips low.
As evening falls, the group comes together for a welcome dinner showcasing the bold, layered flavours of Filipino cuisine. Think smoky grilled seafood, fragrant adobo, and sweet halo-halo to finish. It is the perfect chance to meet your fellow travellers, swap arrival stories, and toast the adventure that lies ahead.

Day 2 Coron Island Hopping
Get ready for the day that put Coron on every traveller’s bucket list. You will board a traditional bangka and set out across glassy waters to a string of show-stopping sites, starting with Kayangan Lake, often called the cleanest lake in Asia. Climb the short trail to the lookout for that postcard view, then slip into water so clear it feels like floating in air.
The adventure rolls on to Twin Lagoon, where warm and cool currents swirl together in a surreal natural phenomenon, followed by snorkelling stops at vivid coral gardens teeming with reef fish. Pull up to a powder-soft beach for a freshly prepared picnic lunch, then squeeze in one last swim before cruising back to town with sun-kissed skin and a camera roll full of magic.

Day 3 Transfer to El Nido
Today you trade Coron for the dramatic limestone seascape of El Nido, widely considered one of the most beautiful corners of the planet. The scenic ferry ride is part of the experience, with island silhouettes rising and falling on the horizon as you cross the Sulu Sea. Settle into your beachfront resort and let the pace slow right down.
The rest of the day is yours to play with. Wander the buzzing main strip lined with bars and seafood grills, take a barefoot stroll along Bacuit Bay as the cliffs glow gold, or claim a hammock and do absolutely nothing. However you spend it, you are easing into one of the most spectacular destinations of the trip.
