This immersive 14-day journey through the Palawan archipelago is designed to showcase the Philippines at its most spectacular, blending high-adventure exploration with moments of deep tropical calm. Hosted by Emilie Briting alongside experienced local guides, the itinerary moves from the laid-back coastal charm of Port Barton to the towering limestone cathedrals of El Nido’s Bacuit Bay, before finishing among the emerald lakes and dramatic island scenery of Coron. Each destination has been carefully chosen to reveal a different side of Palawan, balancing iconic highlights with places that still feel wonderfully untouched.
At the heart of the journey is an unforgettable Robinson Crusoe style escape to Darocotan Island. Here, traditional hotels are traded for luxury oceanfront bell tents on a secluded private island, where daily life revolves around barefoot mornings, crystal-clear water, and slow island rhythms. Snorkel a sunken shipwreck just metres from shore, enjoy fresh island-style meals under the stars, and experience a rare sense of simplicity and connection that defines this part of the world.
The adventure is thoughtfully balanced with space to breathe. Guided island hopping takes you kayaking through the Big Lagoon, slipping into the Secret Lagoon, and swimming in Coron’s hidden freshwater lakes, while wellness moments like sunset yoga at Lio Beach and multiple free days allow you to explore at your own pace. Whether that means chasing waterfalls, stretching out on Nacpan Beach, soaking in natural hot springs, or simply watching the light change over the sea, this journey offers an authentic and beautifully paced experience of island life in one of the world’s most breathtaking regions.

Emilie Briting
My name is Emilie. I’m 24 years old and born and raised in Copenhagen. I’ve always loved traveling, and I went on my first solo trip just after turning 18 – to Bali. That journey kickstarted everything for me, and I’ve only fallen more and more in love with exploring the world.
I’ve joined several group trips since then, mostly surf- and yoga-focused, and I absolutely loved the community and energy they created. I’ve often considered becoming a social host at surf camps, but I never felt ready to commit to 6 to 12 months away. That’s why this opportunity feels like the perfect fit – a chance to be part of something I genuinely care about; connecting, exploring, and growing.
