After breakfast, embark on an exciting half-day snorkeling adventure to the idyllic Mnemba Island, known for its stunning natural beauty and vibrant marine life. Spend ample time exploring the underwater wonders, with the opportunity to swim and immerse yourself in this tropical paradise.

After your snorkeling adventure, return to your hotel for a relaxing afternoon. The rest of the day is yours to unwind and enjoy at your own pace, whether you choose to lounge by the beach, explore more of the island, or indulge in a local spa experience.

Next, head to a Spice Farm, where you’ll have the chance to see and sample some of Zanzibar’s most famous spices, such as cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, and cinnamon. This immersive experience offers a deeper understanding of Zanzibar’s agricultural heritage and natural wonders.

Enjoy a full day at your leisure to explore Zanzibar at your own pace. For those seeking adventure, an optional boat tour to a nearby sandbank is available, offering the chance to explore the serene waters and pristine sands of the Indian Ocean. Alternatively you could choose to explore Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site with rich history, culture and architecture.

For those with PADI certification you are welcome to join Leah who will be going scuba diving. Note, this will be at your own expense.

Today after breakfast, those departing say farewell to the Tanzanian paradise of Zanzibar, and to a week of amazing experiences and new friendships. Make the most of the morning – go for a walk or a final swim – before an airport transfer for those departing today.

Optional Mikumi National Park Add-on Trip:

For those keen on an extra adventure, you are off to Mikumi National Park in Tanzania! After your flight you’ll be transferred to Mikumi Safari Lodge before heading out on an afternoon game drive.

Mikumi National Park, one of Tanzania’s most accessible parks, offers an exciting safari experience with the chance to spot elephants, lions, zebras, and diverse bird species. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at the lodge.

Note that whilst Leah will be unable to attend the Mikumi National Park add-on, you will be looked after by an experienced local host/guide.

Today you have not 1 but 2 safari game drives! Start your day with an early breakfast before embarking on an unforgettable wildlife adventure. Your game drive promises thrilling encounters with a variety of animals, including elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, and a vibrant array of bird species.

The park’s diverse landscapes, from sweeping grasslands to verdant forests, provide the perfect backdrop for both wildlife spotting and photography.

Pause for a leisurely lunch at a lodge or a scenic picnic spot within the park, and as the day winds down, take in the breathtaking sunset over the park’s stunning scenery before heading back to the lodge for a well-earned dinner and rest after your extended adventure.
