My Balance Project with Justine Shera
Hi, I’m Justine from New Zealand, also known as @mybalanceproject. I started hosting women’s wellness adventures in 2024, and after 24 years in a full-time career, I left my job in 2025 to pursue this passion full-time. These trips are designed to inspire, relax, and create meaningful connections.
These journeys are more than travel. They are a chance to reconnect with yourself, explore new places, and build friendships that last a lifetime. Every trip is carefully curated to be welcoming, inclusive, and focused on experiences that help you slow down and enjoy the moment.
Whether we are exploring the rolling hills of Scotland, wandering Mediterranean towns, indulging in a wellness retreat in Bali, or discovering the sights and flavours of Vietnam, these adventures give you the space to unwind, try new things, and invest in yourself. I would love for you to join me and other like-minded women in creating unforgettable experiences and discovering a new side of yourself along the way.
Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Osaka
ようこそ日本へ – Yōkoso Nihon e – Welcome to Japan!
Welcome to Japan. Upon arrival at Kansai International Airport, make your way to your hotel conveniently located at the airport and take some time to settle in after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may wish to stretch your legs with a short walk nearby or simply relax and recharge before the adventure begins.
In the late afternoon, gather with your host, fellow travellers and tour leader for an essential welcome meeting where you will get to know the group and hear more about the journey ahead. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, meet your travel companions and begin soaking up the excitement of exploring Japan together.
