Experience the magic of Southern Italy with Justine on this 10-day journey through charming villages, historic landmarks, and breathtaking coastal scenery. From the whitewashed trulli houses of Alberobello to the sun-soaked cliffs of Sorrento, explore the heart of Italy’s rich culture, cuisine, and history.
Begin your adventure in Puglia, where you’ll explore the stunning towns of Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Ostuni, ride a tuk-tuk through historic streets, and enjoy olive oil tastings in a traditional masseria. Continue to Lecce, the “Florence of the South”, and Basilicata, where you’ll visit Matera’s ancient cave dwellings and admire the remarkable frescoes of the Crypt of Original Sin.
From Matera, travel to Sorrento, stopping for a delicious lunch before unwinding along the Amalfi Coast. Discover the island of Capri on a private boat tour, walk through history in Pompeii, and conclude your adventure in Naples, enjoying a farewell dinner in a traditional Italian restaurant.

Hi, I’m Justine from New Zealand, also known as @mybalanceproject. I started hosting women’s wellness adventures in 2024, and after 24 years in a full-time career, I left my job in 2025 to pursue this passion full-time. These trips are designed to inspire, relax, and create meaningful connections.

Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Bari
Welcome to Italy! Arrive at Bari Airport and make your own way to the hotel. Spend the afternoon exploring this historic port city at your own pace – perhaps stroll through the old town or enjoy your first Italian espresso in a local café. In the evening, gather with your fellow travellers for a welcome dinner.

Day 2 Alberobello & Locorotondo
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading off on a private transfer to Alberobello. A guided walking tour introduces you to this UNESCO-listed town, famous for its iconic trulli houses. After some free time for lunch, continue to the picturesque village of Locorotondo, known for its whitewashed charm and panoramic views.

Day 3 Tuk-Tuk Tour & Ostuni
After breakfast and check-out, hop aboard a tuk-tuk for a fun and scenic ride through a historic village. Visit an ancient olive oil mill for a guided tasting and brunch featuring regional specialities. Continue to Ostuni – the “White City” – for a guided tour of its winding streets before transferring to Nardò.

ARRIVAL:
You will need to make sure your travel plans allow you to arrive at the meeting point by the scheduled guest meeting time. More information on this will be provided once the trip is confirmed. Your arrival airport is Bari International Airport-Karol Wojtyla.
DEPARTURE:
On the final day, you are free to depart at any time. Your departure airport is Naples-Capodichino International Airport.
