Experience the magic of Southern Italy with Justine on this 10-day journey through charming villages, historic landmarks, and breathtaking coastal scenery. From the whitewashed trulli houses of Alberobello to the sun-soaked cliffs of Sorrento, explore the heart of Italy’s rich culture, cuisine, and history.
Begin your adventure in Puglia, where you’ll explore the stunning towns of Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Ostuni, ride a tuk-tuk through historic streets, and enjoy olive oil tastings in a traditional masseria. Continue to Lecce, the “Florence of the South”, and Basilicata, where you’ll visit Matera’s ancient cave dwellings and admire the remarkable frescoes of the Crypt of Original Sin.
From Matera, travel to Sorrento, stopping for a delicious lunch before unwinding along the Amalfi Coast. Discover the island of Capri on a private boat tour, walk through history in Pompeii, and conclude your adventure in Naples, enjoying a farewell dinner in a traditional Italian restaurant.

Hi there, I’m Justine from New Zealand, otherwise known as @mybalanceproject on social media. I wear many hats, including being Mum to Aiden and wife to Bill, but one of them is content creator where I share my life & passion for women’s health, fitness, food and travel. I have loved going on adventures for as long as I can remember, my Mum will tell you from when I could walk I was always off exploring, wanting to go places and see new things.
At 46yrs old, I’m still the same. Travel fills a space for me that nothing else can. I love the opportunities it brings to see beautiful new places, expand my view of the world, and escape from real life… even just for a little while. I love everything from hiking for days off the beaten track, to Mediterranean towns and big cities. I’m so excited to share my passion for travel with carefully curated trips for women that offer a little adventure, a chance to reset and relax and to make new friendships that last a lifetime.
Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Bari
- Arrival at Bari Airport – Meet and greet with English-speaking assistant
- Private bus transfer to your hotel in Polignano a Mare
- Free time to explore at leisure
- Hotel – San Lorenzo Boutique Hotel** or similar
- Included meals: Breakfast
Day 2 Alberobello e Locorotondo
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Private bus transfer to Alberobello, guided tour
- Free time for lunch (optional)
- Afternoon visit to Locorotondo – explore its charming white-washed houses and winding streets
- Hotel – San Lorenzo Boutique Hotel** or similar
- Included meals: Breakfast
Day 3 Tuk-Tuk Tour & Ostuni
- Breakfast at the hotel and check-out
- Tuk-tuk tour through an enchanting historic village with scenic stops
- Visit to an ancient olive oil mill, tasting of high-quality oil & brunch with local products
- Guided tour of Ostuni, the White City
- Transfer to Nardò
- Hotel: Relais Monastero Santa Teresa** or similar
- Included meals: Breakfast, Brunch

ARRIVAL:
You will need to make sure your travel plans allow you to arrive at the meeting point by the scheduled guest meeting time. More information on this will be provided once the trip is confirmed. Your arrival airport is Bari International Airport-Karol Wojtyla.
DEPARTURE:
On the final day, you are free to depart at any time. Your departure airport is Naples-Capodichino International Airport.
