There’s a window in life that’s easy to miss.
Those final years before your teen spreads their wings – before they head off into the world to study, travel, build lives of their own. It’s a time when they’re no longer little kids, but not quite fully independent either. A time when connection still matters deeply… even if it sometimes looks like eye rolls, short answers, or headphones on.
This journey is about pressing pause on the busyness of life and stepping into something unforgettable – together.
Our Mums & Teens Thailand adventure has been thoughtfully designed by Justine & Aiden for teens aged 13–18, and their mums. It’s a chance to reconnect, laugh, explore, and share experiences that bring you closer in ways everyday life often doesn’t allow.
Along the way, teens will meet other like-minded young people – forming friendships, gaining confidence, and stepping a little outside their comfort zones. At the same time, mums will connect with other women navigating the same beautiful, bittersweet stage of life.
This isn’t just a holiday. It’s a shared chapter you’ll both carry forever.
Key Highlights:
- A meaningful shared adventure during the final years before your teen leaves home
- Exploring Bangkok’s temples, culture, and vibrant river life

My Balance Project with Justine Shera
Hi, I’m Justine from New Zealand, also known as @mybalanceproject. I started hosting women’s wellness adventures in 2024, and after 24 years in a full-time career, I left my job in 2025 to pursue this passion full-time. These trips are designed to inspire, relax, and create meaningful connections.
These journeys are more than travel. They are a chance to reconnect with yourself, explore new places, and build friendships that last a lifetime. Every trip is carefully curated to be welcoming, inclusive, and focused on experiences that help you slow down and enjoy the moment.
Whether we are exploring the rolling hills of Scotland, wandering Mediterranean towns, indulging in a wellness retreat in Bali, or discovering the sights and flavours of Vietnam, these adventures give you the space to unwind, try new things, and invest in yourself. I would love for you to join me and other like-minded women in creating unforgettable experiences and discovering a new side of yourself along the way.

In the afternoon, trade the busy streets for the city’s quieter waterways as you explore the hidden klongs by private long tail boat. Drift past wooden homes, local life, and riverside temples before arriving at Wat Arun, one of Bangkok’s most striking landmarks. As the sun begins to fade, head to Asiatique Night Market, where the riverfront comes alive with food stalls, boutique shopping, and a buzzing atmosphere.
