In this retreat, the primary focus will center around fitness, encompassing aspects such as my training regimen and dietary habits. I am excited about the prospect of sharing my daily workouts with you, all while immersed in the breathtaking surroundings of Bali. Despite never having been to Bali before, it has always been a destination I’ve yearned to visit. Consequently, selecting this location was an easy decision for me. My vision is for this trip to epitomize the ultimate fitness girls’ getaway, creating enduring memories. In addition to our daily fitness routines, we will engage in various cultural activities.

Our accommodations will be in a spacious private villa in Canggu, essentially serving as our exclusive fitness girls’ retreat.

Hello, ladies! I’m Lisa, 21 years old, and sports have always been my passion. I dedicated eight years of my life to judo, starting at the age of 7. Training 4 to 6 times a week and participating in weekend matches was a routine I embraced until an unfortunate knee injury forced me to stop. It was during my rehabilitation that I delved into fitness, incorporating strength training to fortify my knee ligaments. At the age of 15, my fitness journey commenced, and I’ve remained committed ever since. Despite the challenges that come with the highs and lows of fitness, I wouldn’t change a thing. The key is embracing and loving your personal journey.

At 18, I began sharing my fitness journey on TikTok and Instagram. Three years later, I find myself collaborating with brands like Gymshark, a dream I never thought possible. Concurrently, I’m a full-time law student, juggling two seemingly opposite worlds. Though challenging, I genuinely love both pursuits, understanding that good things often require effort. This upcoming fitness retreat is an exciting opportunity to connect with some of you, sharing not only my daily training routine but also getting to know each other on a more personal level. It feels like a dream come true. I look forward to meeting you on this trip!

Itinerary

Daily schedule

Our daily schedule will vary, however the below will act as a guide to how we spend each day.

  • wake up in our beautiful villa and have a group breakfast
  • group workout at the gym
  • head out for our planned afternoon activity/tours (detailed below)
  • return to the villa for some rest
  • head out for a group dinner at one of Bali’s best restaurants

 

ACTIVITIES

Each day we’ll have some exciting planned for the group so that we explore the Island of the Gods. These activities may include:

  • visits/tours to waterfalls, local villages and temples
  • Best of Bali Waterfalls tour
  • snorkelling
  • surf lessons
  • highlights of Ubud tour
  • in villa massages
  • famous Bali beach club on the final night

If you cancel a Pending trip, your deposit will be fully refundable.

If you cancel your booking for a confirmed trip, some fees may apply.

Cancellation of a confirmed trip 61+ days before the commencement of your trip, your deposit will be transferrable to another trip. If you cancel a confirmed trip 60 days or less before its commencement then payments will not be refundable.
