Itinerary

Day 1 Welcome Aboard the Sea Safari 8!

Welcome aboard the stunning Sea Safari 8 Phinisi boat!

We will depart in the morning, and a transfer is provided to take you either from the airport or your hotel to the boat at the harbour.

You will be ferried out to the boat in a launch, and our adventure begins as we begin cruising to our first destination. A light breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided on board today.

Notes:

As we depart in the morning, if you are arriving on Nov 17 then you will need to ensure that your arrival flight allows enough time for you to get to the harbour. There are flights that arrive in Sorong very early, so this is possible – but we also recommend considering arriving a day early and staying overnight in Sorong just to be safe. More information on this will be provided once the trip is confirmed.

Days 2-6 Exploring Raja Ampat

Each day will be brimming with adventure as we dive into the crystal-clear waters for snorkeling, explore hidden corners of stunning islands, and hike to breathtaking lookouts that offer panoramic views of Raja Ampat’s unparalleled beauty. Our itinerary is designed to adapt to nature’s rhythms, ensuring that every moment is spent in the best possible conditions. Destinations such as the iconic Pianemo and the majestic Wayag are highlights, with their towering limestone karsts and aquamarine lagoons providing unforgettable backdrops to our explorations.

From vibrant coral gardens teeming with marine life to lush island trails leading to awe-inspiring vistas, every experience is curated to connect you with the wonders of this unique archipelago. Snorkel alongside colorful fish, glide over coral reefs, and marvel at the raw beauty of unspoiled nature as we journey through these remote islands.

All meals -breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner – are lovingly prepared onboard, offering delicious fuel for the day’s adventures.

Please note that the exact itinerary remains flexible, as we’ll choose destinations daily based on weather conditions to ensure the most enjoyable and safe experience for everyone. This fluid approach guarantees that each day will bring a perfect blend of discovery and wonder, tailored to the group’s preferences and nature’s finest offerings.

Day 7 Disembark & Fond Farewell

We’ll enjoy a lovely final breakfast together and will then likely arrive back in Sorong mid to late morning. After disembarking the boat, a transfer is provided to either take you to a hotel or to the airport for the next part of your journey.

Notes:

If you are flying out on Nov 23 then we recommend booking a flight from mid afternoon onwards. More information on this will be provided once the trip is confirmed.
