Join Justine for a transformative escape to the stunning clifftops of Uluwatu, Bali, for Soulful Serenity in Uluwatu – a luxury women’s wellness retreat designed to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Set in private villas just 10 minutes from the beautiful Bingin Beach, this retreat invites you to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the slower pace of Bali.

With fully catered meals, daily yoga, creative workshops, and plenty of time for relaxation, you’ll experience the ultimate rejuvenation alongside like-minded women. The retreat is led by Justine from @mybalanceproject and she is joined by special guest and friend Nadia of @missnadialoves who will host her own beautiful villa right next door.  Both villas are designed for comfort and connection, offering a perfect blend of privacy and community. Together, these two villas create one cohesive retreat experience – offering the perfect space for relaxation, creativity, and connection.

The Accommodation:
At Bingin Retreat, you’ll experience the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquillity. These two private villas side by side offer an exclusive and serene setting. It has its own yoga shala, stunning communal areas, treatment room & swimming pool at each villa. The retreat is set in a collection of beautiful bungalow-style rooms (twin share and private available) that surround the pools —a true oasis where you can unwind, swim, or simply bask in the tropical sun. Each bungalow consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom plus front porch area. From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel completely immersed in a sense of calm and serenity.

Justine – My Balance Project

Hi there, I’m Justine from New Zealand, otherwise known as @mybalanceproject on social media. I wear many hats, including being Mum to Aiden and wife to Bill, but one of them is content creator where I share my life & passion for women’s health, fitness, food and travel. I have loved going on adventures for as long as I can remember, my Mum will tell you from when I could walk I was always off exploring, wanting to go places and see new things.

At 46yrs old, I’m still the same. Travel fills a space for me that nothing else can. I love the opportunities it brings to see beautiful new places, expand my view of the world, and escape from real life… even just for a little while. I love everything from hiking for days off the beaten track, to Mediterranean towns and big cities.  I’m so excited to share my passion for travel with carefully curated trips for women that offer a little adventure, a chance to reset and relax and to make new friendships that last a lifetime.

Itinerary

Day 1 Welcome to Bali, Welcome Dinner

Welcome to Bali! A group airport transfer to the stunning Bingin Retreat is included. Check-in and settle into your beautiful bungalow, surrounded by lush greenery and the serene atmosphere of the retreat.

Tonight we have our Welcome Dinner for the group. Enjoy a delicious, locally-inspired dinner prepared by our private chefs, and meet the other incredible women joining the retreat.

Day 2 Market Shopping Trip with Justine & Nadia

Start the day with a relaxing beginners yoga session and stretch, designed to ease you into the rhythm of retreat life. After breakfast we head out for a fun shopping trip to the Sunday Morning Markets at Hatch, where you’ll explore local arts, crafts, and clothing with Justine and Nadia.

Return to the villa for leisure time – take a dip in the stunning pool, pamper yourself with a spa treatment, or simply relax by the water.

Day 3 Cooking Class & Exploring Uluwatu

Begin your day with a rejuvenating yoga session followed by a nourishing breakfast. Join us for a hands-on Indonesian Cooking Class where you’ll learn how to prepare traditional Balinese dishes. After the class, enjoy the delicious creations for lunch!

In the afternoon, you can shop and explore Uluwatu or treat yourself to a luxurious spa treatment at the renowned Silk Spa nearby.

Day 4 Balinese Offerings & Leisure Time

After your yoga practice and breakfast, immerse yourself in the Balinese tradition of creating Canang Sari (offerings). You’ll learn the cultural significance of these offerings and how to make them yourself.

You will have free time to explore the surrounding area, relax by the pool, or pamper yourself with another spa treatment.

Day 5 Clay Workshop

Enjoy a gentle yoga session to start the day, followed by a delicious breakfast. Enjoy some free time this morning and then after lunch, get creative in our Clay Workshop, where you’ll craft your own piece of art to take home as a souvenir of your Bali retreat. This hands-on activity will inspire your creative side.

This evening we wind down with a Meditation Class.

Day 6 Free Day for Relaxation or Exploration, Farewell Dinner

Choose between a morning yoga class or sleeping in to fully rest today as this is your free day to unwind however you wish. Spend time lazing by the pool or wander over to Bingin Beach (just a 10-minute walk) to explore with new friends. If there is interest, we’ll organize a shopping trip to Seminyak today.

Tonight we have a Farewell Dinner, where we’ll share memories, reflect on our experiences, and celebrate the friendships formed during the retreat.

Day 7 Fond Farwell to Paradise

Enjoy one last breakfast in paradise before your transfer to the airport for your departure. We hope you leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and connected to the beautiful women you’ve met along the way.

Important Notes

ARRIVAL:
Check-in to Bingin Retreat is at 4pm. A group transfer to our accommodation is included. If your flight doesn’t arrive until later in the evening, we highly recommend arriving at least a day early so that you can maximise your time at Bingin Retreat. Once the trip is confirmed, you will have the opportunity to plan and coordinate your arrival flights with the group, and we will also have group hotel rates available for those arriving early.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Be sure to check entry requirements based on the passport that you will be travelling with.

TRIP CONFIRMATION:
A trip is listed as PENDING until the minimum guest numbers are reached, at which point the trip becomes CONFIRMED. Guests will be notified when a trip becomes CONFIRMED.

BOOKING FLIGHTS:
We do not recommend booking flights until your trip is CONFIRMED. Once the trip is confirmed, we recommend booking flights as soon as you are able to ensure you get the best rates.
