Through her channel, Laura invites viewers to join her on exclusive Left Coast Travel Club trips, exploring some of the world’s oldest and largest flea markets in search of unique, one-of-a-kind treasures. Alongside her husband Jesse, Laura has hosted group trips in Italy, Japan, England, France, Belgium, Germany, and Austria, as well as in her home state of Oregon in the USA. Jesse Caldwell
Jesse Caldwell has teamed up with his wife, Laura, on her popular YouTube channel, where they delve into the world of thrifting for unique vintage finds. As a co-host of the Left Coast Travel Club, Jesse leads group trips to some of the world’s most historic and expansive flea markets, hunting for one-of-a-kind treasures. Together with Laura, he has guided travelers through Italy, England, Japan, Paris, Germany and Austria and they’re gearing up for even more exciting new adventures in the future. Jesse combines logistical skills with an infectious sense of humor, making every group trip both well-organized and fun!
Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Stockholm & Viking Welcome
Arrive in the elegant Swedish capital and make your own way to the joining hotel. Take some time to settle in before meeting your hosts and local guide for a welcome meeting to kick off your Scandinavian adventure. Tonight, prepare for a truly unique culinary experience as you step back in time for a “Grand Feast” dinner at Aifur Restaurant – the only restaurant in Sweden dedicated entirely to Viking Age gastronomy.
Stepping through its doors feels like entering another era, with long tables, flickering candles, authentic décor, and a menu inspired by recipes from 700–1100 AD. Named after the legendary Viking ship Aifur, the restaurant is located in the heart of Stockholm’s atmospheric Old Town. This immersive evening will set the tone for your journey through Nordic history, design, and culture.
