Welcome to Lagos, on Portugal’s magical “Gold Coast”, and get ready for a week to remember, based at our very own luxury villa, Casa Arte Lagos.

On arrival, we will settle into our beautiful surroundings before we gather for an opening circle in a picturesque outdoor space overlooking the sea. This intimate setting is perfect for introductions, sharing intentions for the trip, and building a sense of community. As evening falls, our personal chef will prepare a gourmet dinner using fresh, local ingredients.

About our luxury villa:

Casa Arte Lagos is defined by gracefully arched doors and windows, lush gardens with fruit trees, and a stunning poolside. The “coastal crisp” interior features colorful accents and casual, luxurious décor, perfect for large families or groups seeking a serene getaway.

With spacious living areas, six elegantly designed bedrooms with private terraces, and multiple outdoor dining spots, the villa offers a blend of modern luxury and laid-back charm. Located close to dramatic cliffs and unspoiled beaches, Casa Arte Lagos provides a beautiful and tranquil base for exploring the picturesque surroundings.

Today after breakfast at the villa, we’ll head off on an adventure to the Seven Hanging Valleys, recently voted the best hiking destination in Europe. With a local guide, hike the easy-to-moderate 5.7 km trail, learning about the area’s geology, history, and local flora and fauna. Marvel at natural wonders like the Praia da Marinha double rock arches, the Benagil sinkhole, Carvalho Beach, the islet of thieves, and the Alfanzina Lighthouse.

Enjoy a private picnic lunch in a vineyard, savoring traditional Algarvian flavors paired with local wines.

Later, we will return to the villa for a relaxing yoga class with Kendell, unwinding from the day’s adventures. And then it’s another delicious dinner at Casa Arte Lagos, prepared to perfection by our chef and enjoyed in the serene ambiance of our luxurious surroundings.

Start your day with smoothies and power balls, designed to energize you for the activities ahead. Following this, immerse yourself in a rejuvenating morning yoga session with Kendell, where the serene surroundings of the villa enhance your practice and help you find balance and tranquility.

After yoga, we’ll enjoy a refreshing chef-prepared breakfast, then we’re off on a beach day adventure. Spend the day exploring one or more of Lagos’ stunning beaches, basking in the sun, swimming in the clear blue waters, and perhaps trying some water sports. The picturesque coastline offers the ideal backdrop for relaxation and fun.

Return to the villa in the afternoon for another yoga session with Kendell. As the day winds down, we’ll gather for a delicious dinner crafted from local and seasonal ingredients, offering the perfect end to a day filled with wellness and relaxation.

Kick the day off with a nutritious breakfast of smoothies and power balls, followed by a revitalizing yoga session, where you can stretch, breathe, and center yourself in the peaceful ambiance of the villa.

After yoga and a chef-prepared breakfast, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy as you please. Take advantage of optional activities such as a relaxing massage, a kayak or stand-up paddleboard (SUP) tour, or a leisurely shopping trip in the charming city of Lagos. There are plenty of things to do to experience the beauty and culture of the Algarve region.

As evening approaches, return to the villa for a delightful dinner prepared by our personal chef, unwind and reflect on the day’s adventures in the comfort of your luxurious surroundings.

Your day begins at Casa Arte Lagos with smoothies and power balls, and a calming yoga session, setting a peaceful tone for the morning as you stretch and breathe in the serene surroundings.

After yoga, enjoy a hearty breakfast featuring fresh, local ingredients. Following this, embark on a half-day Catamaran tour aboard the beautiful Dufour 44. Sail along the stunning coastline, explore hidden beaches, and marvel at the picturesque landscapes of the Algarve. Relax with some bubbly, swim, use the provided paddle-boards – the choice is yours. The Catamaran experience offers a unique perspective of the region’s natural beauty, combining relaxation and adventure.

Return to the villa for an evening yoga session, perfect for unwinding and reflecting on the day’s adventure. End the day with another delicious and fresh dinner at the villa, prepared lovingly by our in-house chef.

Our final full day in Lagos starts with a breathtaking sunrise hot air balloon ride. Drift gently over the Monchique mountain foothills, taking in panoramic views as you fly towards the stunning coastline. The serene morning light and tranquil atmosphere make for an unforgettable experience.

After landing, we’ll head back to Casa Arte and enjoy a sumptuous brunch, then the rest of the day is yours to relax and unwind. Take advantage of optional activities such as a soothing massage to rejuvenate your body and mind.

As evening approaches, gather for a peaceful yoga session with Kendell, reflecting on your journey and the beautiful moments shared. Conclude your stay with a farewell dinner prepared by your personal chef, savoring exquisite dishes in the comfort of the villa. End the night with a closing circle, sharing memories and gratitude with your group, creating a heartfelt conclusion to your unforgettable trip.

This morning we will make the most of our last breakfast together at the Casa Arte Lagos, prepared by our chef. Wish your new-found travel friends a fond farewell, make travel plans with each other, and depart for the next chapter of your journey.
